Plumbing in three stages, for supply and drainage
- Rough-in: pipes laid before the concrete pour and inside the walls before plastering, and pressure-tested before they're closed up.
- Finishing: installing and commissioning sanitary fixtures, mixers and water heaters.
- Maintenance: finding and fixing blockages with as little breaking as possible.
You can hire us for one stage or all three. And because we also do plastering and gypsum, we coordinate when the walls and ceilings get closed, so nothing has to be broken later.
Have these ready before you contact us
- The plumbing drawing or the architectural drawing
- The stage the building has reached
- For maintenance: photos of the problem area, and the result of the meter test below

Questions our clients ask
What are pipe sleeves and risers?
Pipe sleeves are openings set before the concrete pour so pipes can pass through them later. Risers are the vertical pipes that run between floors.
Do you formally hand over each stage?
Yes, with a handover report signed by the supervising engineer before moving on to the next stage.
Is the work under warranty?
Yes. The workmanship warranty is written into the contract.
