Quality and safety: we inspect and record before the work is covered

What we commit to on site, and what stays on file.

01

Inspection before covering

The rule: nothing is covered before it is inspected and recorded.

Pressure test before pipes are closedWe pressure-test the water network before plastering or tiling, so any leak shows while it is easy to fix.
Rough-in check before the pourSleeves and risers are in place before the concrete, and photographed.
Electrical rough-in before plasterConduits and boxes are run and checked before the walls are covered.
Gypsum sequenced with the systemsDetector, sprinkler and light positions are fixed before the ceiling is closed.
02
